Serenity Garden Brick Orders

The Serenity Garden is located between the main entrance of Piedmont Augusta Hospital and the Outpatient Center Lab entrance. The garden was designed to offer a peaceful environment of respite for patients, family members, visitors, and team members. You may inscribe a brick for the garden walk in memory of a Piedmont Augusta infant (up to 1 year old) with a gift of $50 to Piedmont Augusta Foundation.

For online orders by credit/debit card, ACH, or mobile pay options, click the "donate" button above and follow the payment information prompts on the first screen, then complete the donor and infant information (if a Brick is to be placed) on the second screen before pressing the "Donate Now" button to complete your donation form.

For payment by check or money order, print the Serenity Garden Brick Order Form and submit by mail to: Piedmont Augusta Foundation, PO Box 3912, Augusta, GA 30914-3912, or hand deliver to the Foundation Office at: 2260 Wrightsboro Rd, Ground Floor.
